Looking a bit on Bloggers and i found your site. I like them both. The white one is a good one if you want to take it modern, the second one, it gives me somewhat of a retro feeling.
lol good thing I turned in the white seems to be the fav :) but I was just playing around with some color. I agree the colored background gives it a more 'retro' or maybe 'older' kind of feel..whereas white gives it more contrast, more fresh. I colored it because I thought it kind of worked with the idea of recyling .. re-use..it's not brand new type of deal.
it is depending what you want to put in evidence - if plane-it is better - the yellow color, if the inscription - it is more pronuntate - in white color. it is interesting calendar, and why you put - the part of winter, and the spring- is it a special ocasion?
